The shul will be open, subject to the same protocols as on Rosh Hashana. In particular, access is limited to people who are fully-vaccinated (that is, at least two weeks past their second shot), masked and pre-registered. Masks must be worn at all times inside the building. Olim to the Torah will recite the brachot from their seat. People from different households will be seated two metres apart. 

Kol Nidrei will start at 6:45 PM, Wednesday, September 15. Shacharit on Thursday will begin at 9:30 AM. There will be a break at about 1:30 PM. Mincha/Neilah will start at 5:45 PM, and Maariv at 7:48 PM. The fast ends at 7:48 PM.
